The College Mentors for Kids Board of Directors welcomes nine new members, including two     

 student representatives. CEO Erin Slater said, “The new members of the Board of Directors

 bring a wide range of experience and professional expertise to College Mentors for Kids. Along

 with returning members of the Board, they will benefit the organization with their input as we

 pursue growth and program enhancement in the coming years.”

 The new Board members for 2007-2008 are: 

    Nelson D. Alexander, Managing Partner at Locke Reynolds

    Jessica Castellanos, Community Relations Manager for the Indianapolis Colts

    Danny Dean, President of the Marion County Public Library Foundation

    Shelley Hunter, Special Giving Programs Director;

    Liaison to the IUPUI Chancellor

    Brian Laskey, Student Representative, Senior at Purdue University

    William P. Marsan, Vice President, Secretary & General Council,

    Indianapolis Power and Light Company

    Martin Moore, President of the Moore Foundation

    Jean Paison, Co-founder and Director Emeritus of Second Helpings

    Russ Villier, Student Representative, Senior at Hanover College
