College Mentors for Kids, Inc., offers a variety of internship opportunities at our Indianapolis headquarters in the fall, spring, and summer semesters.

At College Mentors for Kids, we pride ourselves on offering a very flexible work environment and the opportunity to learn invaluable skills while working with a progressive and expanding non-profit organization. We welcome the opportunity to work with you and your professors or advisors to ensure that any internship requirements are fulfilled.

Internship projects may be developed within any area of the organization. Recent projects have focused on fundraising, program development, or public relations and marketing. All projects will require strong written and oral communication skills, computer proficiency, experience in Internet research, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

An added benefit of working with College Mentors for Kids is exposure to an in-depth Leadership Track training experience. Participants will learn about management, leadership, communication and work styles, while practicing techniques to ensure success in these areas. Your supervisor acts as a "coach" to provide guidance for your personal and professional development.
